Let's Be Happy Together
I live by a few beliefs which I am practicing or will be bringing into practice to improve the quality of my life, and, here, I would LOVE to share them with you! I'll tell you the science behind why to do it, how to do it and when to do it! :D You can see for yourself if it works for you. You can ask me questions and everything on my Google ID regarding the same!
NO TRICKS. Pure transparency and willingness to help, from my side. :D
So, do read on so that I can spread things that make me happy, to turn YOU happy and we both can be happy together.

MEDITATION
Our little minds are always on a run, working and thinking even when we are asleep! (That's why we dream!) But, like everything else it also needs some peace from all the bullshit we feed it with everyday. And, meditation helps with that. It is scientifically proven. When you meditate, your brain physically gets RESHAPED and causes a lot of changes for you to lead a happier life! :D
You may not find any change in you for 1 month or so, but, if you do it daily, after a month, you will definitely see a change! ALSO, I had to study and in stead of that I am writing you this XD So, THIS IS EXPERIENCED!
Do it like a daily activity, like brushing your teeth, bathing, etc! Do not expect QUICK results! :)
I am not saying it will be easy, but it will be worth it.

WHY?
It has a lot of benefits-
1) reduces stress
2) helps you understand your emotions
3) helps you focus
4) helps with self control (VERY IMPORTANT THING TO BE HAPPY!)
5) LOWERS ANXIETY AND DEPRESSION! It is the BEST benefit!
6) improves your relationship with others and yourself ...etc....
WHEN?
Anytime you feel like it! :D BUT... Do it daily! If you skip for one day, it will take you another five days to get into that momentum
HOW?
OKAY, so this will be a bit long!
When you are trying it for the first time, just sit in a comfortable position for 5 minutes and listen to songs. DO NOT move. You might feel itchy, but do not move, it will die out in a while.
After some days of that, sit in the lotus position and, listen to your songs.
When you become comfortable in the lotus position, start listening to chants! This is called transcendental meditation :D (optional, though I suggest you to listen to them because there is science behind it, will be explained in the next post, below) Keep on increasing the time as you advance further into this.
If you don't like chants / when you have mastered transcendental meditation , just start counting in your mind from 1 to 108, keep on explaining the number, and reach up till 1008.
Hope you try it out and make my time and efforts count, but, don't forget that it will take some time, it requires time and dedication, but, it will be worth it. :)
CHANTING
Sanskrit is the mother of all languages, and there is no denying that! It has some valid reasons. A general one is that no word in Sanskrit word has two meanings! It is said that the language is gifted to us by God, Himself!
This doesn't mean that I support only Sanskrit. I, myself, took to English because it is understood almost throughout the world, and I, on a personal not, am comfortable with the language. But, there is NO denying the brilliance of Sanskrit! :)
Chants will help you to equip yourself better for doing something. IT IS NO COMPENSATION FOR YOUR EFFORTS. IT just enhances your efforts, which is always better for you! :)
WHY?
One, very unique and special quality of Sanskrit is that the sound of the words are chosen with great precision! I will explain it quickly, okay?
So, we consist more than 70% of water, and water carries memory and vibrations!

The Sanskrit pronunciations are such that their sound makes the water in us vibrate in a certain manner which causes changes in us. That is why some words are 'auspicious.' Their sound itself can cause positive changes in us! Like, 'aum'. And from the studies of NASA's it is evident that the sound coming from the sun is AUM (check that out here)
WHEN?
So, it differs from one chant to another, but, Vedic chants can be chanted at any time! They have no adverse effects. But, TANTRIC CHANTS, IF NOT CHANTED RIGHTLY, CAN HAVE ADVERSE EFFECT. So, my advise will be to not play around with them!!!!! DO NOT USE TANTRIC CHANTS WITHOUT SUPERVISION!!
HOW?
There is as such no 'HOW' for chanting, right? You just CHANT! Generally just make sure it is in multiples of 9, and of the 'God' or energy you NEED to invoke. Also, BELIEVE IN IT! DO IT WITH POSITIVITY ! :D And, you are great to go! Like, when you start something new, chant to Ganesha, 'Ganesha' is an energy in you which needs to be activated to start a GOOD new beginning! :D Similiarly chant the names of holy river to make your bathing water auspicious. It doesn't matter where your water is from, if it has the vibrations of the chants it is auspicious! Because, come on, it's normal SCIENCE that the source doesn't matter, the vibrations do, which would be the same irrespective of any other quality of the water. :P And, you have always been fooled into taking this as a superstition? :D Think again!
And, don't be scared to search up any VEDIC mantra/chant for your respective purpose. It will do good.
EXERCISE
It is not something new to say that to be HEALTHIER we should exercise, but honestly, to be HAPPIER too, we should exercise!
You! I see you sitting there like a couch potato like me, all day. Having the intention to leave your phone but no will, doing nothing productive all day. And, what is this thing called 'fresh air'? What !? The sky is blue? *shrugs* I thought the only blue is Facebook. XD
Alright. So hi! We are friends! I am the same! But how happy-ing is that for you and me? The net is a HUGE WAVE of awesome things. But, trust me there is a life outside net which I can't send you a link of! So, I am trying to exercise more. And, not just exercise, but... PLAY more SPORTS!
I am so convinced it helps that I am doing a survey to prove the same. I will have the results at the end of this month. I'll analyse them. Contact me anytime to know about them. I'll reply, pinky swear!
However, WHAT KIND OF EXERCISE SHOULD YOU PURSUE?
I remember how gymnastics took over a few years back. But, hey, those exercises are not it. PLAY! Go out, PLAY cricket with other people, Play football.!
But, also, since we should be friends with oneself, I will also recommend exercises you can do alone, (like Sun Salutation)
Also, WALKING HELPS SO MUCH AS A MILD EXERCISE TOO!
WHY?
Seriously? :P I feel awkward answering this!
SOOO.... I will do this anyway! SO BESIDE PHYSICAL BENEFITS OF STAYING HEALTHY....

WHEN?
Of course there is no fixed time to play sports. But, my suggestion would be to do so in the morning when the air is fresh, as sports help in breathing better too! Also, Sun Salutation the world's BEST EXERCISE can happen in front of the sun for Spiritual benefits too. ( 5 reasons to start the day with Sun Salutation are here )
HOW?
There is no how to exercise, just don't break you spine XD
Also, we know the rules of almost all sports :P
But, since I strongly recommend Sun Salutation which I MYSELF DO! (EXPERIENCE!!) I'll let you know how to go about doing it in one picture! :D
PLEASE OPEN THE IMAGE AND ALSO SEE THE BREATHING PROCEDURE WHICH HAS TO BE PERFORMED WHILE DOING IT! It is highly important!
You can start with 5 Reps for 1 day (1 Rep = 1 cycle of all exercises in the picture). You will instantly see your mood lift and have less mood swings and less overthinking.
As weeks pass by and your body becomes habitual of it, start increasing the reps! BUT... YOU HAVE TO DO IT RELIGIOUSLY EVERY DAY. If you miss one day, 1 week will be needed to get back in momentum! So, don't miss it! Only you can help yourself remember it!
